NPAAMB can assist you in finding suitable candidates to fulfill your human resource needs!

Program Overview

Objective

To create partnerships with local employers and community organizations that support urban Aboriginal youth employment and job retention.

Description

This program provides a variety of incentives that encourage local employers to employ NPAAMB clients. By collaborating with our organization, employers can expand their services or simply share information and coordinate efforts. Employing NPAAMB clientele is an excellent opportunity to take of advantage of the fastest growing demographic in Canada, while supporting youth employment initiatives within your community.

The program can also assist local employers:

  • Acquire trained employees
  • Fill entry-level skilled & unskilled positions
  • Bring diversity and fresh talent to your workplace
  • Prepare for the future by building a sustainable workforce
  • Connect to Aboriginal youth and local communities
  • Reduce the costs of recruitment and training retention
